We are India's only recipient of ISO 22000 Certification in our field.
ISO 22000 is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization. It specifies requirements for a food safety management system that demonstrates an organisation's ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe at the time of human consumption.
Our scientifically designed cooking spaces eliminate the effect of external environment on the food production process. The plant has separate sections for individual processes.
The entire facility is ventilated through a large-scale air-cooling system with microparticle level filtration.

All our cooking and serving equipment are specially made from high quality 304-grade Stainless Steel.
Grade 304 is the most versatile and most widely used stainless steel. It has excellent corrosion and heat resistance. Grade 304 is the international standard for applications as wide ranging as food processing equipment, chemical transport containers and heat exchangers.
The waste generated in the cleaning and cutting of vegetables is removed through a comprehensive drainage system. The drainage system is linked to our Sewage Treatment Plant that recyles the water for gardening.
All Cloud Cooking employees follow stringent hygiene standards that involve showering and sanitisation before entering the facility, custom designed uniforms and regular QC and hygiene inspections.
